Please read before your arrival, for a pleasant stay for everyone

🕓 Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Key handover is arranged by phone with the owner or the concierge.
In case of late arrival (after 8:00 PM), please let us know in advance.

👥 Occupancy

The apartment is rented for the number of guests stated at booking.
Maximum capacity: 4 people.
Any additional visitor must be approved in advance by the owner.

🌙 Quiet hours

Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

🚭 Non-smoking

The apartment is a non-smoking area (smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors).
An ashtray is available outside.
Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden or on the terrace.

🐾 Pets & children

Pets are not allowed.
Please do not leave young children unsupervised in the apartment.

🧹 Respecting the premises

Please take care of the apartment and leave it in impeccable condition when you leave.
It is strictly forbidden to move furniture from its original place.
In case of damage or breakage, please inform the owner or the concierge before your departure.
Upon arrival, inspect the premises and report any issue within 24 hours.

🔑 Before you leave

Lock the windows and front door (no liability will be assumed for theft, loss or damage if forgotten).
Turn off the lights and electrical/kitchen appliances.
A bin is provided in the kitchen; the collection point is at the bottom of the street (avenue des Figuières or the rue du Beau Rivage entrance, near the barrier).
The professional cleaning fee covers a deep clean between stays, not daily tidying — please leave the accommodation tidy when you leave: dishes washed and put away, worktop and table cleared, bin taken out.

🚗 Access to the calanque

Access to the calanques is regulated from May to the end of September. Please send your vehicle's registration plate to the owner or the concierge a few days before your arrival, to ensure free access.
