Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to process your booking or contact request and to respond to you. Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparing a booking) or on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for SCI GEOTIMMO (direct management of the rental, without any intermediary or platform). It is neither sold, transferred, nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. For online payment, our payment provider (Stripe) processes the data necessary for the transaction (card details, amount); this data never passes through our site and is never stored by us.

Data retention period

Data related to a booking or contact request is kept for as long as necessary to process it, then archived in accordance with the legal and accounting obligations applicable to furnished rentals (up to 10 years for accounting records related to a confirmed booking).

Cookies

This website only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation: a language preference cookie, and a session cookie for the Owner's Area (reserved for the manager). No advertising or third-party audience measurement cookies are used at this time.
