Terms and Conditions

Terms applicable to the rental of the AU BLEURIVAGE apartment

Landlord

The rental is offered directly by SCI GEOTIMMO (SIRET 848 393 831 00013), owner of the property, without any intermediary or platform commission.

Booking

Any booking made via the website is confirmed automatically as soon as online payment is received. The price is calculated automatically according to the current rate schedule (see the Rates page), including the accommodation price, any applicable discounts, the cleaning fee and the tourist tax.

Payment

Online payment is made securely by credit card via Stripe, at the time of your booking request. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored by our website. A confirmation is sent to you by email as soon as payment is received.

Cancellation

  • "Non-refundable" option (reduced rate, selected at the time of booking): no refund is possible in the event of cancellation, whatever the date. The rules below apply only to the "Free cancellation" option.
  • Cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the stay: full refund.
  • Cancellation between 15 days and 1 month before the start of the stay: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the stay: full payment due, no refund.
  • No-show on the arrival day: no refund.

Security deposit

The amount and terms of the security deposit are to be defined with the owner — this section will be completed shortly.

Stay

Arrival, departure and occupancy conditions for the apartment are detailed in our house rules, which form an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Customer reviews

  • Reviews published on this site are moderated by the owner before publication: no review appears automatically, whether from a verified guest or from the free review form.
  • Processing time: reviews are reviewed within 7 days of submission.
  • A review may be refused if it is clearly false, abusive, discriminatory, off-topic, contains third-party personal data, or does not correspond to an actual stay.
  • Submitting a review is not subject to any consideration, financial or otherwise.
  • To report a doubt about the authenticity of a published review, contact us at contact@aubleurivage-ensues.fr.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any legal action.
